Itinerary In Detail!

"Saltwater Soul: Yoga and Surfing on the Beach"

3 Nights and 4 Days of Beach Retreat

Day 1: Arrival and Welcome to Paradise:

  • Morning/Afternoon/Evening

  • Arrive at the airport, where our friendly representative awaits your arrival.

  • Enjoy a comfortable transfer to your beachside AC Accomodation.

  • Check-in and settle into your cozy and scenic accommodation. (Accomodation) 

  • Welcome ceremony and introductions to fellow retreat participants.​

  • Rest and relax by the beach or take a leisurely stroll.​​

  • Soak the sun, build sandcastles and enjoy the best sunset golden glow over the Arabian Sea.

  • There are events planned by day, free pass to the event. (Bon Fires, Dance Night, Karaoke's etc.).​

  • Sunset beach yoga session (Optional) to align your energy, discuss the best we can learn in the course of next 7 Yoga Sessions.

Day 2: Yoga by the Sea and Surfing Introduction

  • Morning: (07-09 am)

    • Sunrise beach yoga session to energize your body and mind.

    • Healthy refreshments and hydrators.

  • Late Morning: (10 am - 1 pm)

    • Introduction to surfing: theory and safety briefing.

    • First surfing lesson with experienced instructors in a group of 6. 

    • Nutrition rich healthy brunch buffet in between. 

  • Afternoon: (1 pm - 4 pm) 

    • Relaxation and free time to explore the beach.

    • Calm your muscles after an extensive surfing class with deep tissue ayurvedic massage

    • Practice and catch some waves. 

  • Evening:​ (4 pm to 7 pm) 

    • Enjoy the best sundowner in goa, white sand and breeze.

    • Explore surroundings beach shacks, or close by beaches.

    • Play volleyball, Frisbee,  local beach shacks. 

    • Local event planned by day (Karaoke Night, Dance Night, Bon Fires, Live Music).

Day 3: Yoga, Surfing, and Ayurvedic Wellness

  • Morning: ( 07 - 09 am) 

    • Sunrise yoga on the beach.

    • Nutritious breakfast.

  • Late Morning: (10 am - 1 pm) 

    • Second surfing lesson to further improve your skills in a group of 6. 

    • Relax on the beach, take ocean dips and get stoked with your surfboard. 

  • Afternoon (3 pm onwards) 

    • Group transfer to Agro Farms, where you witness the fish breeding methods, nature walks, live music and live pathogen free sea food​​

Day 4: Wellness and Departure

  • Morning:

    • Morning beach yoga to bid farewell to the sunrise.

    • Breakfast with a variety of healthy options.

  • Late Morning:

    • Share experiences, group pictures and footage.

  • Afternoon:​

    • Group closing circle to share your retreat experiences.

    • Checkout and transfer. 

7 Nights and 8 Days of Beach Retreat

Day 2: Yoga by the Sea, Surfing Introduction and Fear of Ocean

  • Morning: (07-09 am)

    • Sunrise beach yoga session to energize your body and mind.

    • Healthy refreshments and hydrators.

  • Late Morning: (10 am - 1 pm)

    • Introduction to surfing: Theory and safety briefing.

    • Conquering fear of ocean,

    • Guided meditation addressing ocean-related fears.

    • Brief talk on the physics of ocean waves and how to navigate them.

    • First surfing lesson with experienced instructors in a group of 6. 

    • Nutrition rich healthy brunch buffet in between. 

  • Afternoon: (1 pm - 4 pm) 

    • Relaxation and free time to explore the beach.

    • Calm your muscles after an extensive surfing class with deep tissue Ayurvedic Massage. 

    • Practice and try to catch some waves. 

  • Evening:​ (4 pm to 7 pm) 

    • Enjoy the best sundowner in Goa, soak in some sun, and local hustle on the beach. 

    • Free pass to events planned by day, karaoke's, Live music, dance night etc.

Day 3: Yoga, Wellness and Boat Party with Wake Surfing.

  • Morning: (07 - 09 am) 

    • Sunrise yoga on the beach.

    • Nutritious breakfast.

  • Late Morning: (10 am - 1 pm) 

    • Transfer through a small boat to wake surf speed boat, try wake surfing, free diving, refreshments, music and on the house drinks.

    • Transfer back to Retreat

    • Relax on the beach, take ocean dips and get stoked with your surfboard

  • Afternoon: (1pm - 4 pm)

    • Indulge in an authentic Ayurvedic massage for rejuvenation and relaxation.

    • Consult our therapist for pains and remedies. 

  • Evening: (4pm - 7pm)

    • Play volleyball, frizbee, take, local beach shacks. 

    • Local event planned by day (Karako Night, Dance Night, Bon Fires, Live Music etc).

Day 4: Respiration Practices, Surf Lesson, Excursion to Agro Farms. 

  • Morning: (Flexible Timings) 

    • Morning beach yoga to awaken your mind and body. 

    • Breakfast with a variety of healthy options.

  • Late Morning: (10 am to 1 pm) 

    • Second Surf Lesson to improve on your skills, in a group of 6. 

    • Get friendly with your surfboard, try catching some waves.

  • Afternoon: (3 pm onwards) â€‹

    • Group transfer to Agro Farms, where you witness the fish breeding methods, nature walks, live music and live pathogen free sea food

    • Transfer back to our retreat, recharging for the next day.

Day 5: Finding Balance: Yoga and Surfing

  • Morning: (Flexible Timings) 

    • Morning beach yoga to awaken your mind and body. 

    • Breakfast with a variety of healthy options.

  • Late Morning: (10 am to 1 pm) 

    • Third surf lesson to master on your skills, in a group of 6. 

    • Continue with surfing practice to build on your skills. 

  • Afternoon: (01 - 04 pm) â€‹

    • Ayurvedic massage by our experts to calm your muscles. 

    • Spent time on the beach, a good tan fix everything.

  • Evening: (4 pm onwards) 

    • Free time for beach and market exploration or personal leisure. 

​

Day 6: Nourishment for Body and Mind: Bike Expedition 

  • Morning: (07 - 09am) 

    • Morning beach yoga for the best start of the day. 

    • Breakfast with a variety of healthy options.

  • Late Morning: (10 am to 1 pm) 

    • Fourth surf lesson to Advance and guided practice.

    • Photos and videos of your surfing experience and learning a new skill with Go pro and Cameraman

  • Afternoon: (01 - 03 pm) â€‹â€‹

    • Relax, unwind and soak sun by the beach.

  • Late Afternoon (3 pm onwards): Ride your bikes through a beautiful way to Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary, a deep jungle for birds watching, nature walks, waterfalls and tribal experience.

Day 7: Group Meditation, Wake Surf Again  

  • Morning: (07 - 09am) 

    • Morning beach yoga to build up an everyday ritual.

    • Breakfast featuring healthy and energizing options.

  • Late Morning until Afternoon: (09am - 3pm)

    •  Free time for beach games, sunbathing, or personal reflection, market visits. 

  • Late Evening: (4pm Onwards)  

    • Transfer to Wake Surf Boat, exhilarating experience that can be described as a mix of the freedom of surfing and the controlled ride of wakeboarding.

    • Experience sunset in middle of the ocean with a new family.

    • free sea diving, refreshments and drinks.

    • Dolphin Watching 

    • Feedback by experts on your skill and ways to improve.

Day 8:   Departure with Gratitude

  • Morning: (07 - 09am) 

    • Final morning yoga session and grounding meditation

    • Farewell breakfast with healthy fare.

  • Late Morning: (9pm to 12pm) 

    • Final feedback observing your surf clips and pictures. 

    • Check-out and departure with fond memories and new friendships.
